Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers for education loans, meeting sales targets in India and abroad. The role involves engaging with students and parents, explaining loan offerings, supporting client visits, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹1,00,000 / month + petrol allowance (based on interview)


About the Role:

  • Generating leads and referrals via channel partners, seminars, and webinars.
  • Delivering quality customer service and ensuring documentation compliance.
  • Facilitating loan disbursement in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Cross-selling financial products such as foreign exchange and insurance.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Education: Minimum graduation (preferably in marketing, business, or any field).
  • Experience: 6 months – 1 year preferred in sales, especially in financial services or education loans. Freshers with sales drive also considered.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Target Orientation: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
  • Skills: Direct sales, client engagement, lead generation, and relationship management.
