Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (bulk & lateral hiring).

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms.

Coordinate and conduct interviews effectively.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely closures.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO hiring (bulk & lateral).

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Graduate degree (mandatory).

Immediate joiners preferred (can join from tomorrow).

Consultancy HR recruiters are welcome to apply.
Salary
₹33,000 – ₹40,000 CTC per month
