Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell health insurance policies.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable plans under the Star Health Insurance portfolio.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms & conditions clearly and confidently.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally to ensure closure.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Language: Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory).
- Experience: Open to freshers and candidates with tele sales or customer service experience.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to perform in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
