Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of Codemonk’s growth. You’ll identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and drive strategic sales initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who’s ambitious, persuasive, and passionate about technology and business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and connect with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos.

  • Assist in designing and executing go-to-market and sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to develop project proposals and estimates.

  • Manage leads and interactions efficiently using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Ensure smooth coordination between teams for seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Handle the full sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closure.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

    • Minimum 6 months of experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT or consulting).

    • Proven track record in lead generation, qualification, and conversions.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Strong understanding of IT services and consulting solutions.

    • Prior exposure to pre-sales, proposal creation, or negotiation is an advantage.
